Delete your account

How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address you use to sign in to Rally Point.
2. Send the request with the form below, or email us from that address at privacy@sentinel-risk-group.com.
3. We'll email you to confirm the request came from you.
4. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What we delete

• Your account, name, email address, and sign-in details
• Your business listings, photos, events, deals, and job posts
• Your messages, reviews, saved businesses, resume, and job applications
• Documents you uploaded to verify veteran status
• Any active Rally Point plans or sponsorships, which are canceled so you aren't billed again

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment and invoice records, kept for up to 7 years where tax and accounting laws require it. Card numbers are held by our payment processor, Stripe, never by us.
• A record that your deletion request was completed, kept for up to 1 year.
